Lonely Lady on a Lonely Bench
The white noise created by the rushing water of the St. Lawrence river is somehow relaxing, and the lonely woman sitting on that bench was deep in thoughts when I took this picture. She never heard me, and wasn’t aware of my presence at all. Still, I did not dare go closer for fear of disturbing her contemplative state, even more so because I was holding on to the dog’s leash with my other hand!
The mountain at the horizon is the Mount-Royal, right on the island of Montreal, and to right are some buildings from downtown Montreal.
