Dancing on a Sun Ray
The first thing we did when we reached Wildwood, New-Jersey for our last family vacation was to park the car close to the beach, remove our shoes and go for a walk in the sand. We didn’t even go to our lodgings first… that could certainly wait!
The boys (17, 16 and 14), who were still dressed in short and t-shirt from the 11-hour car ride, ran into the water all dressed up, while mom and dad just looked around and relaxed a bit.
A father and son were flying a kite a short distance away, and I thought that its bright colours looked great against the dark cloudy sky. Just as I whipped out my camera to make the shot, the sun peeked out from behind the clouds, making the kite look as if it were dancing on a sun ray…
What a great welcome! :-)
