Theft of Innocence
I needed to take a break from the project I have been working on for the last month, so I decided to indulge in a little conceptual photography.
I had this concept in my mind ever since I made the Flashback Triptych with my old Skipper doll. I bought a toy gun at the dollar store last week and made the setup today while waiting for my DxO to process a dozen horse pictures.
This is not the most happy portrait, but life can get really ugly, unfortunately…
Shot with light coming from behind the white sheet to get a silhouette effect. A red acrylic square was held in front of the lens to procure a red filter effect.
Finally, I applied one of my textures to add some dirt and grit.
